About Miss Izzy’s Honey House

Miss Izzy’s Honey House was born from a love of flowers, bees, creativity, and the simple beauty of life on the farm.

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked as a floral designer, creating flowers for weddings, events, and celebrations. What started as a small floral business eventually grew into a brick-and-mortar flower shop, The Bloom Room. Along the way, I learned that my favorite part of creating wasn’t just the finished arrangement - it was the process, the people, and the opportunity to make something beautiful with my own two hands.

Today, life looks a little different.

Our family lives and learns together on a little three-acre farm, where our days are filled with horses, chickens, flowers, gardens, and, of course, honey bees. We homeschool, make things, get our hands dirty, and spend a lot of time noticing the little things happening around us.

Miss Izzy’s Honey House grew out of that life.

What began with our honey bees has blossomed into a little creative world centered around pollinators and nature. We make and sell honey and handmade beeswax products from our hives, while also creating DIY art kits inspired by bees, butterflies, flowers, and the natural world around us. And because I can never stay too far away from flowers, floral design will always be part of the story, too.

At Miss Izzy’s, we believe there is something pretty special about slowing down and making things yourself. About learning where your food comes from. About watching a bee move from flower to flower. About painting at the kitchen table, arranging flowers from the garden, or opening a jar of honey made right here at home.

It’s a place where bees, blooms, and creativity come together.
